Andy Buchan has been a coach in the industry for over 10 years working within a mix of Gymnastics, Calisthenics and performance facilities. Andy’s mission is to deliver a facility that offers members the very best in coaching and service, using objective metrics, medical grade body scanning and a systems based approach.

Grace is a personal trainer and yoga instructor at Bamboo Bodies with a passion for blending strength and flexibility in her coaching. With a strong focus on anatomy and functional movement, Grace specializes in helping busy individuals create balanced, mobile, and resilient bodies.

Morag Blyth

COACH
Morag is a personal trainer and yoga instructor with a passion for combining strength training and yoga to help clients build strong, balanced bodies. She believes in empowering individuals to feel confident in their movement, whether they’re mastering barbell lifts or deepening their yoga practice.
With her expertise in nutrition and her supportive coaching style, Morag creates programmes that help clients lose weight, gain strength, and improve overall well-being. Her sessions are designed to challenge you while fostering a sense of accomplishment and growth, both on and off the mat.

Joseph Harris

COACH
Jo has a wealth of coaching experience working full time within the industry for over 10 years. Jo is a keen crossfitter with a passion for Olympic lifting, rowing and gymnastic movements. Jo loves to help our clients with technical movements and skill acquisition.

Grant is a strength and conditioning coach specialising in helping busy dads stay strong, fit, and energised alongside the demands of work and family life. Jon is a personal trainer, certified mace coach and massage therapist, with a background in yoga teacher training. Jon’s coaching blends fun, unconventional tools like maces and kettlebells with a calm, supportive approach, helping you get stronger, move better and feel more at home in your body.
With more than 20 years of lifting, experimenting and rebuilding after setbacks, Jon brings a holistic approach that values joint health, longevity, feeling good in your body and actually having fun with your fitness.
