Andy Buchan has been a coach in the industry for over 10 years working within a mix of Gymnastics, Calisthenics and performance facilities. Andy’s mission is to deliver a facility that offers members the very best in coaching and service, using objective metrics, medical grade body scanning and a systems based approach.

Saverio is a Level 3 certified personal trainer with a passion for pursuing excellence in movement and performance. Specialising in calisthenics, handstands, and aesthetic strength training, he helps clients build strong, athletic physiques while developing balance, control, and body awareness.
Known for his focused and motivating coaching style, Saverio blends technical precision with progressive programming to help clients master bodyweight skills and create physiques that both look powerful and perform at a high level.
Grant Patterson
Grant is a strength and conditioning coach specialising in helping busy dads stay strong, fit, and energised alongside the demands of work and family life. With expertise in strength training, nutrition, and sports therapy, he takes a well-rounded approach to building resilient bodies that can handle both the gym and everyday life.
Known for his no-nonsense yet supportive coaching style, Grant focuses on practical, time-efficient training and sustainable nutrition strategies – helping clients build strength, reduce injury risk, and feel confident in their bodies long term.
Louis Bilyard
Louis is a personal trainer and a former professional cyclist with a deep understanding of performance, discipline, and long-term progression. Drawing on his elite sport background, he now helps everyday people lose weight and build strength through intelligent, sustainable lifting programmes.
Known for his practical and down-to-earth approach, Louis specialises in helping clients get strong without sacrificing their social life – creating realistic training and nutrition strategies that deliver results while still fitting into the real world.
